  HomeQ is a nationwide housing portal where hundreds of connected landlords advertise vacant first-hand contracts. The account is free from age 18 and gives one queue point per day, but each landlord decides how the tenant is chosen, and your points are reset to zero when you sign a contract, except for short-term and student housing.

  Bostadsförmedlingen in Stockholm is owned by the city and offers rental apartments from more than 230 property owners across Stockholm County, including Svenska Bostäder and Stockholmshem. The queue has an annual fee and gives you one point per day; without payment your place in the queue becomes inactive, and after five months you are deregistered.

  Telge Bostäder is Södertälje municipality's housing company with about 10,000 rental homes, including in Södertälje, Järna and Mölnbo. The queue is free from age 16 and gives ten points per day, and your registration of interest needs to be renewed by logging in at least once a year.

  SSSB (Stockholms studentbostäder) is a student housing company with homes for students in the Stockholm area. The queue is free up to age 50, but to earn more than 90 queue days you need to be a member of a students' union through SSCO.

  Victoriahem is a private landlord with around 40,000 apartments spread across 31 municipalities between Uppsala and Trelleborg. The company has neither a queue nor points, and an account is free from age 18, but in Stockholm and Uppsala the apartments are let through the municipal housing agencies.

  Balder is a listed property company with over 20,000 rental apartments in Sweden, including in Göteborg, the Stockholm area, Malmö, Västerås, Norrköping and Sundsvall. From 28 October 2026 the apartments are let through Balder's own free queue on its website, where queue days count from registration, instead of through HomeQ.

  Sigtuna Bostadsförmedling is the municipality's housing agency and brings together vacant rental apartments from several landlords in Sigtuna municipality, including SigtunaHem, which has no queue of its own. You can register from age 16, and from age 18 you pay an annual fee to stay in the queue.

  Sveafastigheter is a listed private housing company with just over 15,000 rental apartments in towns between Kävlinge and Boden. There is a queue with queue days only in Visby and Stockholm, while in the other towns you register interest in each vacant apartment on the company's Mina sidor, and you need to log in at least every six months to keep your profile.

  SKB (Stockholms Kooperativa Bostadsförening) lets cooperative rental apartments to its members, about 8,900 apartments in total in eight municipalities, roughly half of them in central Stockholm. Membership costs an annual fee that must be paid by 31 March, and your place in the order is counted from the day you paid.
