Rental apartments without queue time

Yes. Many apartments are let without queue time: either they go to whoever applies first (first come, first served), or they are drawn by lot among everyone who applies (lottery). Where we know how an apartment is let, we show it, and in your alert you can choose to only hear about apartments without queue time.

From 99 kr a month. The price includes VAT, and everything is included: up to 10 alerts, an email or a notification on your phone when a new apartment matches, and all available apartments in a list and on a map.

Yes. As a new member, your first 7 days are free. You choose how to pay when you start the trial, but you aren't charged anything until it ends, and if you cancel before then, you pay nothing. Creating an account is free.

We go through the landlords several times an hour, around the clock. When a new apartment matches your alert, we email you as soon as we've found it, unless you've chosen one email a day or a week. If you turn on notifications on your phone or computer, you also get a notification right away.

All municipal and private landlords and housing queues across Sweden, including Bostadsförmedlingen in Stockholm, Boplats Väst, Boplats Syd, HomeQ, Heimstaden and Rikshem. Under Available apartments you can see what's available right now in each municipality and county.

Yes. We watch landlords and housing queues, so you rent the apartment directly from the landlord and get a first-hand contract. We don't show sublets. Some apartments have short-term or demolition contracts, and if so, the listing says so. If you'd rather avoid them, you can opt out of them in your alert.

Yes. When the listing shows that an apartment is student, youth or senior housing, we show it too, and in your alert you choose which types you want. The requirements, such as age or studies, are in the listing.

Many landlords and housing queues can email you about their own apartments. We bring them all together in a single alert, so you don't have to keep an eye on lots of sites yourself. Where we know how an apartment is let, we show it, so you can see which ones need no queue time. Then you apply with the landlord as usual.

No. We don't rent out any apartments and have no queue. We watch the landlords' and housing queues' own listings and tip you off. You always apply directly with the landlord or the housing queue, and their own rules apply.

No. We make sure you quickly hear about new apartments that suit you, but the landlord always decides who gets to rent, by their own rules and requirements. Apartments that go to whoever applies first or are drawn by lot can be yours without any queue time, so it pays to apply quickly.

Yes, on iPhone and iPad with iOS 16.4 or later. First add Bostadsvaka to your home screen: tap the share button in Safari and choose Add to Home Screen. Then open Bostadsvaka from there, log in and turn on notifications under Alerts. On Android and on a computer, you turn them on directly in the browser.

Yes. You log in with the same account everywhere, and you can turn on notifications on up to 10 devices, for example your phone and your computer.

Yes, and it's free, even without a membership. Many landlords remove you from the queue if you don't log in for a year, and then you lose your queue time. Connect your account with the landlord under Housing queues, and we log in for you once a month and show how long your place is valid and how long you have been in the queue. We don't change anything in your account. It works with hundreds of landlords, including Heimstaden, Rikshem, ByggVesta and HomeQ. With many of the others, we can remind you instead before your place in the queue runs out.

You cancel whenever you like under My account. Your subscription then doesn't renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. There's no lock-in, but if you pay for 3, 6 or 12 months at a time, you don't get money back for the rest of the period.
