  Brinova is a listed property company with about 7,000 rental apartments in southern Sweden, including in Malmö, Helsingborg, Kristianstad and Växjö. There is no queue; instead the company chooses among those who have registered interest on Mina sidor, and the rent should not be more than a third of your gross income.

  Heimstaden is Sweden's largest private landlord, with about 46,000 rental apartments in towns from Malmö to Luleå. Registration is free from age 16 and gives neither a place in a queue nor points, but how long you have been registered carries a lot of weight, and your account is deleted if you do not log in within 180 days.

There is no housing queue; instead all vacant apartments are advertised on the company's website, and the rent should not be more than about a third of your income.
