There the queue costs an annual fee from age 20, you collect one point per day, and the six with the most points are invited to a viewing.

  Sveafastigheter is a listed private housing company with just over 15,000 rental apartments in towns between Kävlinge and Boden. There is a queue with queue days only in Visby and Stockholm, while in the other towns you register interest in each vacant apartment on the company's Mina sidor, and you need to log in at least every six months to keep your profile.
